Accurate Information You must provide accurate and complete information (Name, Email, and Mobile Number) during registration.

Account Sharing Prohibited Your account credentials are strictly confidential. Sharing your account with multiple users is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent termination of your account.

Free & Live Exams Free and Live exams are open to all registered users. However, live exams must be taken within the designated time frame and will not be accessible once the time expires.

Paid Exams & Validity Period Access to paid exams or courses requires full payment of the designated fees before enrollment. Each paid exam or course comes with a specific validity period clearly mentioned on the purchase page. Once this period expires, your access to the exams, question banks, and solutions will automatically terminate, and no extensions will be granted.

Secure Transactions All financial transactions are processed through authorized, secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Paystation, etc.).

Payment Failures Our platform is not directly liable for any technical glitches, failed transactions, or delays caused by the third-party payment provider. However, we will provide our best support to help resolve any billing discrepancy.

No Direct Platform Access Affiliate teachers will not be granted direct dashboard or administrative access to the platform. All exam question sets, answer keys, and course frameworks must be submitted to the platform management in a soft file format (e.g., .docx, .pdf, or .xlsx). The platform team will manually review, format, and host the exams on the site.

Course Completion & Launch Rule To safeguard student experience and ensure course commitment, no exam or course will be made live or launched until the affiliate teacher submits 100% of the promised question sets and course materials. Partial or incomplete course submissions will not be published under any circumstances.

Platform Fees & Revenue Sharing

• Revenue Share: Affiliate teachers will receive a predefined percentage/portion of the total enrollment revenue generated from their specific courses.
• Platform Subscription Fee: Teachers agree to pay a recurring fixed Platform Fee (Monthly or Annually) as a service charge for using our infrastructure, hosting, and marketing services. This fee will be deducted or billed as per the mutual contract.

Content Accuracy & Indemnity Since the exams are hosted on behalf of the teachers, they hold 100% accountability for the accuracy of questions and answers. The platform shall not be held liable for any conceptual errors, incorrect answer keys, or third-party copyright claims on the submitted files.
